Fabric Technician
Main work: Source & inspect fabric materials, test fabric shrinkage, color fastness and quality, follow up bulk fabric order, solve fabric problems in production.
Requirements: Solid knowledge of woven & knit fabrics, familiar with school uniform raw material standard, 10+ years relevant experience.
Sample Technician
Main work: Produce pre-production samples following patterns and tech packs, fix sewing issues during sample making,record sample data.
Requirements: Skilled at garment sewing & sample development, rich experience in uniform sampling; able to finish samples efficiently.
Pattern Technician
Main work: Draft garment patterns per design specs, adjust sizing, modify patterns according to sample feedback, cooperate with sampling & production teams.
Requirements: 10+years apparel pattern experience,familiar with school uniform cutting; proficient in manual & CAD pattern making.
